Shipping method

UK items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

International items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

If my item is lost in the mail? (Buyer)

If the buyers order is lost in the post/mail, the buyers has a 60 day window from expected delivery date to inform the retailer. Anything after this time will not be refunded.

Items will not be considered lost until 14 days (Uk) 60 days (international) after the expected delivery date. 

If the item is returned to us (HOMO)?

If the item gets returned to HOMO due to the buyer not collecting the item from the postoffice/collection point, the buyer will not be refunded the delivery costs and will require a new shipping payment if the items are to be attempted a second time.
