Returns & Exchanges
Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.

Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
Reasons for the return/exchange

Returns
For hygiene reasons, accessories (including necklaces, glasses, gloves, earrings, hats, leggings, etc.) and underwear are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a product of higher value, you’ll just need to cover the difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, we’ll happily issue you a gift card for the difference.

Faulty Items
We put care into ensuring every piece arrives in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us via email within 7 business days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Faults may include issues such as broken holes, unsewn seams, or damaged segments.
Our responsibility is to replace the faulty item with a new one, or if you prefer, we can issue you a gift card of the same value.

Please note: HOMO reserves the right to review and confirm any fault not listed above.

Important info
We kindly ask you to retain your return package tracking information for your peace of mind and to ensure a smooth return process.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
At this time, we’re unable to provide prepaid shipping labels.

Final Sale Items
Final Sale styles are limited-run pieces and will not be restocked. These are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
Any unauthorized returns of Final Sale items will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Lost or Misdelivered Items
HOMO is not responsible for customs fees or taxes.
We are also unable to take responsibility for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages, or for orders placed with incorrect shipping information.
